This extraordinary sparkling beer "Deus, Brut des Flandres", made with barley, is fermented and matured in Belgium, fermented in the bottle, followed by the traditional "remuage" and "dégorgement" in the Champagne area in France. Serve chilled (2 - 4º C) in a flute glass. It is a light, golden, shiny, effervescent beer with a small bubble, crowned by a white collar. Its aroma is extremely complex, developing fragrances of fresh apples, mint, thyme, ginger, malt, pears, hops, pepper and cloves. Its flavor is also complex, yet refreshing and delicate, making it impossible to hide its high alcohol content (11.5% ABV). Its finish is slightly dry with astringent characteristics.
